1. Break broccoli into florets. Discard massive stems. Trim smaller stems; reduce stems into skinny slices. Place 2 to three inches of water and steamer basket in massive saucepan; convey water to a boil. Add broccoli; cowl. Steam 6 minutes, or till crisp-tender.
2. Place broccoli in serving bowl. Add butter and lemon juice; toss evenly to coat. Season with salt and pepper to style.
