Crumble leftover cornbread into chunk-measurement items right into a medium serving dish or pasta bowl. Combine beans and chili (or pasta sauce) and salsa in a small saucepan over medium warmth to reheat for a couple of minutes. Do not boil. Spoon bean combination evenly over cornbread items. Top with chopped tomato, cilantro, and onion. Serve instantly.
